- Payment & Delivery: Clear, legal ownership of the painting transfers to you completely once final payment is processed and delivery is completed.
- All Sales Are Final: Because these are unique, delicate mixed-media originals, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an artwork has been shipped or hand-delivered.
- Artist-to-Collector Delivery: For collectors living within our local DFW perimeter, we offer personal hand-delivery to ensure your canvas arrives safely.
- Premium Shipping & Art Freight: For long-distance orders, your artwork is packed with museum-grade care and fully insured. Large-scale pieces or complex installations require white-glove art courier services, which are quoted and invoiced separately.
- Copyright Retention: When you acquire a painting, you own the physical canvas and frame. However, the artist retains the legal copyright to the image itself.
- No Reproductions: You may not copy, print, scan, or use images of the artwork for commercial use, profit, or digital distribution without explicit written permission from Delta Flux Studio.
