    • Artist-to-Collector Hand Delivery (Local DFW Zone):
      If your delivery address is within our immediate local perimeter (including Prosper, Frisco, McKinney, and surrounding North Dallas areas), we gladly offer personal hand-delivery. We will coordinate a specific time with you to personally transport and carefully place the artwork into your space.

    • Standard Insured Fine-Art Shipping:
      For nationwide orders, paintings are safely insulated with museum-grade corner guards, wrapped in acid-free protective layers, and securely packed into heavy-duty, impact-resistant art boxes. All shipments are fully insured and include real-time tracking coordinates sent directly to your email.

    • White-Glove Museum Delivery (Highly Recommended for Large Investment Pieces):
      For our grand installations and multi-panel diptychs, we work alongside trusted, professional fine-art handlers to manage climate-controlled transit, in-home uncrating, and optional wall-mounting. White-glove logistical fees vary by location and canvas size and are invoiced separately following a personal consultation.

  • Because every canvas is an original, irreplaceable mixed-media creation infused with specific mineral textures, sacred water mediums, and deep energetic alignment, all sales of original artwork are final.

    • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind once an original painting has been purchased and shipped. We encourage you to carefully measure your wall space and review all high-resolution texture details prior to purchasing.

    • Damaged in Transit:
      In the rare event that your artwork sustains structural damage during transit, please notify our studio within 24 hours of delivery at deltaflux.studio@gmail.com. To process an insurance claim with our art couriers, please include:

      • Clear photographs of the damaged shipping box/crate before opening.

      • Clear photographs showcasing the specific structural impact on the canvas or floating frame.

      • Your original order number.

      Once verified, we will work closely with you and our fine-art handlers to coordinate professional restoration or arrange an appropriate studio credit.
